I have been a Huff-N-Puff customer for close to 20 years. They have completely lifted from my shoulders the burden and... worry about cleaning. The service is superior to any cleaning service or person I have had in the prior 20 years of hiring. They are thorough, doing all of the work correctly without damage, punctual, and flexible when I need flexibility. There are good reasons why their service is expensive. They are worth every penny. I have been using Huff n Puff for over 30 years, and my grown children now use them too. They always send a crew of 2... or 3 who manage to clean my small house cheerfully in a couple of hours. They are very reliable, and have never missed an appointment unless there is a major snow storm or some such, in which case, they send me an email to let me know of the problem. I am very happy with their cleaning expertise, reliability, and reasonable rates. Highly recommend!read more

My life had gotten to the point where I needed help around the house and I needed it fast. I had a new baby. Need I say... more? Anyway, Huff-n-Puff had an incredibly easy intake process and was very responsive up front in identifying what I needed and when it made sense to schedule them. No in-home evaluation was needed. After some emails back and forth, we were all set up, and they even set up easy automatic monthly billing to my card. Every two weeks someone calls or emails to check what needs to be done, which takes about 1 minute, and then I set out rags and the two special sprays needed for granite and stainless steel (which they helped me identify in the beginning) and that’s all I have to do. They come while I’m at work, then I come home and my home is magically, blissfully clean. They leave a receipt explaining what they did and which staff person did what, along with a tidy lump of used rags for me to wash. So easy, very little time on my end, and - I can’t emphasize this enough - very responsive over email.read more

I hired Huff-N-Puff to clean my office, as my previous cleaning company was not doing a good job. Aracely, the office... manager was great at communicating how things would work, what it would cost, and when the crew would arrive.
Crew supervisor Maria Elena were very attentive to our needs as the office was open during the cleaning, and she coordinated with her staff on what should be done. When the job was completed, she made sure everything was done properly prior to leaving. The office looked great, and I will use Huff-N-Puff again for our regular cleaning needs.
UPDATE: Huff-N-Puff is now cleaning my office very few weeks, and I'm very pleased. They do a great job. The day before they are scheduled, I get an email confirming the appointment, and letting me know an approximate arrival time. They are on time, professional and polite. I would definitely recommend them.read more
